Wa Can’t Get Enough Of It Salad!
I know, I know, Its a really bad pun but this salad is ridiculously good, and if you love sesame seed oil and avocado, you’re probably gonna love it. So what do you need?
3 medium cucombers
1 Large Avocado
1/3 Cup Dried Wakama Seaweed
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
2 1/2 Tbs Teriyaki Sauce
83 Grams (1 Pack) Brown Rice Noodles
3 Tbs Toasted Sesame Seeds
3 Tbs Toasted Sunflower Seeds
2 Tbs Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tbs Toasted Choped Almonds
Pinch Of Salt & Black Pepper
Approximate Cooking time: 20 min
Serves 2 People
First you’ll need to soak the seaweed in some tepid water. 3/4 of a cup should be enough. the seaweed need to soak for 7-10
Next things first, wash the Brown Rice Noodles, I always make sure to wash them well as it helps with there texture after. Put tha noodles in a pan on medium to high heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or till they soften.
Now comes the fun stuff! chop the cucombers and Avocados and start putting it all in a desired Bowl. Strain the Wakama and Brown Rice Noodles and join.
Add the sesame seed oil to the teiyaki and mix well with a pinch of salt and pepper and add to the bowl. Now just mix everything together and add the toasted sesame and sunflower seed for just an extra crunchiness and there you have it!
