MT All

The road to a perfect looking skin is far and traitorous, and honestly, I feel I’m far from reaching that perfect, glowy porcelain looking skin, but besides the obvious diet and hydration, I found that using products with natural ingredients tend to bring better results, so in addition of being an oil fanatic I always try to find more natural alternatives. And one of my favourite Natural brands has to be Michael Todd’s so in spirit of research I’ve gathered up all of my Michael Todd’s Products. Some new, and some I’ve been Using for years, and decided to feature my first brand ever right here on Rainy Allie. So grab your tea cus this is going to be a long one 🙂

Now these are not the only products I got for the MTTO line, and I did grab a few stuff for my mom about a year ago, so if you want another perspective on a different range from a more mature side, just let me know 🙂

The Masks

One major plus I can honestly say about  the mask line from Michael Todd is they seems to really be worth the money as one pump is really all you need to get that working all up in your face! That said, I do feel that some actually work better than others.

Charcoal Detoxifying Facial Mask – The consistency here is a tad more liquidy that i would prefer on this ones, and to be honest i wasn’t really feeling it like I did the others. Its nice, and it does help clean out the skin but as a far as removing impurities. But as far as putting my breakouts at bay, I just feel there are products out there that does a better job. 3 Out of 5

Avocado & Mango Hydrating Facial Mask – This was relatively a newer discovery to the line but it is seriously the bomb. I sometimes even prefer it to my GlamGlow ThirstyMud mask. Its just moisturizes the skin amazingly, and really does give it an extra oomph of radiancy. It even works as an overnight treatment, and didn’t break out my normal to combination skin even once. True Story. 4 Out Of 5

Pumpkin Nutrient Rich Facial Mask – My absolute favourite one out of the bunch. No synonym is enough to describe my eternal love to this one. This is one of the first things I’ve tried from the big MT, but i cant seem to get enough of it. Fair warning though, this is not for the sensitive skinned and does make your skin tingle a bit, but the result are just amazing. Youre left with a radiant bright skin, kind of like a fresh facial. Only thing i can actually complain is the pump breaking on my first package, but it could just be human error as clumsy me actually managed to drop it for 2 dozen times, and they apparently changed the packaging too so nuff said. 4.5 Out Of 5

MT Toner

The Toners

Well Basically one toner. I  also used the organic lemon toner in the past, but it was over a year ago, and it just felt like this one helped me so much more. If you are suffering from problem skin, then the Blue Green Algae toner could actually be your miracle cure. It just helps detoxify your skin and really keep your breakouts at bay. 4.5 out of 5

The Cleansers

Honey and Oat Deep Pore Cleanser – To be honest, I truly don’t know which one of those two I prefer more, but if i had to choose one in a lineup this will probably be it. It smells incredible (If you like sweet scents), cleans out the skin brilliantly, without stripping and tighting it up and somehow manages to hydrate your skin during too. 4.5 out of 5

Skin Defender Creme Facial Cleanser  – This can actually clean out everything and still manages to leave your face feeling clean and refreshed. It even helps keep those nasty breakouts at bay as well. 4 out of 5

MT SkinCare

The Skincare Edit

Concentrated C Serum – After searching for Vitamin C Serum, I decided to pick this up a few months back, and while it is rather good, I will give you a fair warning that this does not suit all skin type, and it did break me out a little. It would probably be more suitable for drier skin types. I would however say than I did handed this one out to my mom whose been using ever since, and started swearing by it, and by the looks on her face I would have to give it 4 out of 5

Intensive Eye Cream – Even though I like my eye cream on the ticker spectrum this one is pretty cool. The nifty applicator thingy can be really handy, and despite being to young to judge on the actual anti aging side of I will say that i find it pretty moisturising and brightening, and that pretty much most of the stuff you’re searching for in an eye cream, isn’t it? 4 Out of 5

Damascus Rose Enriched Anti Wrinkle Cream – Now again, at my age you can’t really judge the Anti Aging qualities of a product, but I will say that despite the thick consistency, and being incredibly moisturizing it didn’t break me out even once. Now that said, I do feel like the consistency isn’t really my cup of deal, but as i did mention quite a bit before, I do just love that rosy scent so I am slightly torn here, but in my book I would probably give it 3.5 out of 5. I will continue using it, just because I hate being wasteful, but once its over I’ll probably go back to my Antipodes one, that does apparently seem to have a saved spot in my regime 🙂

Note: These are my honest opinions. I bought everything out of my own money in the course of the last 2-3 Years, and as an avid fan I just thought you should know what you get before you jump into those Toddian water 🙂

So what about you? Have you tried anything from the Michael Todd True Organics Line?

Lots of Love
